General conditions of sale

Article 1: Shipping

• Shipments are made to metropolitan France and the French overseas departments and territories via the post office or Mondial Relay. Shipments to Belgium are also made via the post office or Mondial Relay. Regarding other international shipments, they are made only by post. The customer chooses the shipping method according to those offered.

• For any loss or theft of a package proven by the Post Office and having been carried out by registered letter or colissimo, the costs of the order will be shared between the customer and the seller. We advise taking the colissimo signature shipment which guarantees insurance in the event of loss or proven theft.

Article 2: Returns and exchanges

• Given the unique and personalized nature of the item, it cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the Consumer Code: “The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts: (…) 3/ For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized…”.

• No returns are accepted, be sure to choose your sizes and models carefully. My creations are all made to measure and personalized according to everyone's tastes, I cannot accept returns. If you have any questions or hesitations, ask me before confirming your order on the online chat or by email.

• No refund of the order can be possible. In case of cancellation we will offer you a credit for the amount of the order.

• Once the order is being processed, no cancellation is possible. Each order is made to measure, the customer therefore undertakes upon payment to have carefully checked the measurements and sizes. No errors can be refunded or exchanged.

Article 3: Payment methods

• Payment methods are via paypal or stripe (credit card). Payment by bank transfer is allowed but the order is only validated once the payment is received. Before that the order remains pending.

Article 4: Manufacturing times

• The time taken to complete orders depends on the models and the number of orders at the moment. Since we cannot predict, the lead times vary around 2 to 3 weeks of manufacturing. We try to make the shortest possible lead times to satisfy you. Of course, we have no control over delivery times.
